Looks like a Phosphate mine like the ones we have in my country very important to produce phosphorus fertilizer for farming. there is an amount of reserves enough for 700 years of world consumption mining and agriculture go hand in hand

Simmer2 content has a lot of dependencies but i will try to download some of them to get the necessary oil for running my industry ^^ Thank you for mentioning this one it will be useful for my towns we still need the real gold alongside the black gold
