The offsets affect resources on some maps. I have experimented with inserting and deleting regional mods. I won't use these mods yet because they are a work in progress. You're moving in the right direction and I appreciate your hard work and effort. It's funny that this effort exists outside of team Maxis. My expectations for Maxis has been raised significantly. Great work but more to do here.

I like the off line concept but I don't understand why I have to get connected on line to play offline. One of lifes many quirks. I like playing multi player regions because technologies evolve faster when other cities are specializing in different areas and at varying growth rates. It's great to have the Academy technologies researched out even if you're not planning to use them right away and Omega drones are useful in city services. I would love to see these mods in multiplayer mode too.
