    have an issue the mod doesnt seem to work anymore... its really anoying because i have this massive city https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=53ByQ9yvIFQ&list=UUK9z8SkSVZRSM5Oor6fzNfQ and now i cant edit it... i installed teh new version of akar and 2 level streets and it just fucked up now...

    i don't know why but my simcity 4 delux folder that is suposed to be in program files (86x) isn't there so i can't install RHW... im really starting to be pissed off...
