Hi guys I was hit with this the other day. So l looked here and a lot of people are having the same issue. So I when and looked up my update s here on my windows 10 pro and the kb3086255 is not listed. But I cant play SimCity 4 so I uninstalled the one for September and no luck and then when I connected to the internet again the pc update to the one I just uninstalled so I think A Nonny Moose is right if u are running windows 10 your going to have to get the download for SimCity 4 . For me I have a Windows xp machine I picked up at a pc shop in my area just for my old games that ran under 98 and 2000 ect. so I will play SimCity 4 there for now. I may get the steam version this week when I get paid.

thank u a nonny moose for your reply. but what do u mean there is no sc 5 that is sim city 2013 I have seen it listed as such online in gaming web site ect and as sim 2013. so u where right about there are other sites listed here for the mods. I found what I was looking for again thank u. so I can build a city a leave it running and nothing will happen to my pc. cool onto building new York city in sc4. my pc is a modern top end gaming machine with 16gb ram 4tb hard drive dvd/cd burn write 24x 7700 gtx ghost graphic card 6 core processor 3.4 g windows 8 64bit os 27 inch led tv/monitor. 700watt corsair psu . run everything I play on it on high resoulation.

hi I am looking for people to play sc5 with or without dlc. their are only to things that I ask and one is that u don't just up and leave ur cities and two u use the in game message board when u come in or are leaving for the night and to help everyone with city things like fire ,ect.. I will give more information wasn't I no people want to join in .

just wanted to say first off love the mods for sc4 and sc5. I have been playing this game since the sc 3000 days and I do love this game a lot. But I do have two things to ask I was looking threw the mods for the airplanes and airports and I saw a lot of other files that I need when I click on them I brings me to a site I think it was scag or something like that how do I log to get them. and has anyone after getting a city running in sc4 or sc5 just let them run for days to see what happens without shutting down ur pc? and are the stex dvd still being made? I would like to donate and get them hear soon if they are.

how do these cd work do u just install and it goes in to the right folder or what. And I also want to make donations in the coming month or so how do I send with out using paypal

I am matl3320 and I have been playing SimCity 5 on the American west 3 server on and off for a while if I can get some people to play a region with that would be great. I had some citys started with a few people but then they all abonded there citys so if u can invite me or join me in a new game that would be great.
