This is really cool. I wish more people took advantage of this type of "effect" when making lots. Having the changes be gradually done over time is what makes it really stand out though. Awesome job!
While the building is impressive enough on its own, what I really want to compliment you on is the description you provided. Its really nice for a change to see a description that includes everything you need to know about a building and in a easy to read format to boot!
