    im not sure when this changed but in mac os monterey /Users/UserName/Library/Containers/SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition/ Data/Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins basically the com.aspyr.simcity4.appstore has been replaced with the name of the game hope this helps anyone installing on a newer mac os
