Question/Observation here for the SC4 gods : so I re started playing SC4 and installed NAM32 which includes NWM. pretty cool mod. only thing I don't get is this : Scenario : I have one road. the entire single road is a dual lane road (4 lanes total) I zone residential but no house has road access. (all houses have power, water, etc) as soon as I link this single NWM road to one tile normal maxis road, all the houses have road access. is this a bug? or normal? tnx

    I have, and do. If EA wants to do this for charity, then just do it. Taking a cut like this is just pain wrong and ruins the whole point. Don't they make enough already? EA never makes enough. Soon they will release DLCs for DLCs.
