They took some of the features of Sim City Society. whats in Sim City Societies should stay in Sim City Societies The some features taken from Sim City societies: 1. The Alien gift Disaster in Sim City Societies they used it there almost same way the disaster is implemented they take citizens from the streets and buildings only difference is to make it look like they didn't copy from Societies they changed color of tractor beam. 2. Some missions need neighbors. (hate this cause this is Not Sim City Societies remember when you drive out of town as a bad guy I saw in a video in youtube that in Sim City 2013 there should be at least a neighbor for that to work) 3. In some cases you need neighbor to grow city faster (keep this in Sim City Societies don't bring it to Sim city 2013) If I find out more I'll post it here what features more they took from Sim City Societies and im not yet sure about this one buildings are upgradable like in Sim City Societies they need clicking just to upgrade.

Have you come across a file that you want the building to become a prop and vice versa or have made a Dat file before but couldn't edit it or even a sc4lot that you want to edit some parameters like the lot in game name and plop cost or description file or even the model parameters well here's a freeware one that opens and edits files of Sim City 4 to Sim City 4 Deluxe is is where you can download it http://sourceforge.n...s/ilive-reader/ -
No one has ever done this before aqueduct or a elevated pipes for water cause some islands can be tricky to connect water to atleast subway can be converted to el rail same concept i need for my islands in Gotham City Map but for water pipes

I miss that now I can't even find the file i want cause it wasin a category that i can't choose why don't hey do it like in their DVDs where you can choose category like industrial farming residential etc

Made by Jorgen45 Since you have coke packing plant in your city why not store it somewhere when it not yet time for delivery this is growable $$ jobs created here it industrial. I designed the warehouse myself hope this is nice some props are from the game like the cars and trailers no dependencies and neon sign is from coke packing plant . -

for now since BETA sucks says BETA Tester of EA if you hate sims and this is great if you like sims 2 and 3 with building of city. me id stick to SC4 deluxe or Cities XL2012 atleast no people only city and region and in SC4 deluxe id miss the driving experience of the vehicle of your design or download or doing missions on vehicles. This is why I changed vote to NO

My Top 10 Wish List 1. Servers that accept modded buildings lots maps and facilities 2. Bring back some of the features from SC4 sample: landmarks that are nice like the Bukingham Palace, washington monument, etc. 3. Dr. Vu better missions 4. Single Player cause darn servers don't accept mod and then game crashes 5. Have a region all to myself don't like other player neighbors. I like myself as neighboor 6. better terraformer tools 7. more bridge design example london bridge design and flyover bridge design 8. be able to create flyover on intersections like seen in some other countries to lessen trafic conjestion 9. real brand trucks example pepsi delivery truck, beer brand truck, etc 10. sims that change whealth example: if tax is too low sims will grow rich, if tax is too high they will become poor

cause they minused feaures at sc2013 they didn't add its like going back to sim city 3000 only with better look of buildings and lots and region that why i opt for cities xl 2012 no need internet + better features than sc 2013 and moding will be easier cause if your online in sc 2013 im testing to mod lots in my cousins sc 2013 it will crash sometimes if online cause the server couldn't find that building you put or landmark but atleast you can still see it when it not crash yet

If they continue this internet reuirment people might stick to cities XL2012 cause almost same features but dosen't require internet service and easier to mod cities xl 2012 than sim city 4 that means it'll still be hard to mod sim city 2013 -
Id buy this when custom contents / mods come out i like having nice buildings and landmarks and other facilites like a water tower that is design as pepsi or coke, the birds nest olympic stadium, a movie studio, billboards, the best building i liked in the sim city 4 which was a mod which I wish is created as mod in Sim City 2013 is the coca cola building, the pepsi packing plant, the coke plant, coke water tower and pepsi water tower
