    hello again, I live in Hamburg, so I just go round the corner to take the photos. I love vda's bats too. My flat has one bedroom (we only need 1), my old flat had 3. "hh" in stephenhh stands for Hansestadt Hamburg :-)

    They appear in the standard sets, however future Hamburg models will appear only in the European set.

    4 R$$ houses from Hamburg, housing between 62 and 74 sims at normal.Being green, they use little electricity and water, and generate littlerubbish (compared to a waste disposal power plant). These buildings are typical of houses found in many cities in northernand central Europe (I live in one). The appartments in them can rangefrom small to massive :-) Textures and details are taken from photos of the actual buildings, even if you can hardly see them :-( nevermind Zip contains: 4 DAT files, each with 1 model, each model has 3 lots 1x2, 1x3, 1x4 Have fun

    The first of the R$$ buildings. A residential building in the HamburgerNeustadt, between Michel and Roedingsmarkt, built around the turn ofthe last century. The detailing and textures on the building front aretaken from photos I took of the building. The back and top are fromaerial photos. Zip contains: 1 3x2 R$$ Lot and houses 220 sims.     My first bat, I began this back in January *groan*. It began my series of batting these Mietshaeuser, and will finish it with it's upload. If the yard behind the building looks unusual, that's because it is,it's below ground level, just to add something different to the gameand just like the real thing on funnily enough - Martin Luther Strasse.The whole lot is one model, so there's no props and hence nodependencies. ...and thanks to 6underground for his advice on it's exporting from gmax The zip contains: 1 R
