The first of the R$$ buildings. A residential building in the HamburgerNeustadt, between Michel and Roedingsmarkt, built around the turn ofthe last century. The detailing and textures on the building front aretaken from photos I took of the building. The back and top are fromaerial photos.
Zip contains: 1 3x2 R$$ Lot and houses 220 sims.
