On the Planet of New Earth, the United States colonized an area similar to that of Los Angeles. So, the Government of the United States named the region Los Angeles and set up a regional capital. This regional capital controls every aspect of the economy, almost similar to Socialism. The contradiction here is that the United States would strive itself on Democracy and Capitalism, while Los Angeles would strive itself on Socialism and a fixed Democracy. In Los Angeles, the Capital of Kimios and the largest city of Aughotia control the citizens through rigged elections, while corruption runs rampant. Although under the sphere of these cities, most of the citizens are happy, and would not change a thing.

Your problem could be that your City is "too" perfect. The game, after a while, stalls growth because the city is just too perfect. If you want growth to happen, I'd recommend that you bring your taxes to 8% and cut spending in the Education and Healthcare fields. When you do this, your desirability will fall in certain places and make your city more realistic. Another thing, you can access GOD Mode and use the GOD Mode trees to bring growth to your city. When you plant the trees, it will immediately bring growth. It's not technically cheating as you will be using GOD Mode. To access this after you have incorporated your city, you simply press Ctrl+Shift+C and click on the GOD Mode button on the Mayor Panel. Ignore the +'s, they're there to signify that you push the keys after one another. I hoped this helps. If you want more help, I'd suggest posting a picture so we know what you are dealing with. Well, I have had this problem before, and I too asked for assistance about this issue over the Forums. But, to be honest, I was never able to combat the problem so I eventually added mods that made the game unrealistic. But, I have a question for you. What MODS are you using for your current cities?

Nice use of the farms. The use of realism here is very nice. Now, I'm not sure why you added the photo of the airport, but those are some interesting planes

Alot of nice info and time you have put into this. If you were looking for realism, you might of missed it on that first picture of the fort and citadel. The grass looks really fake. Other than that, nice job. I give a 9/10.
