I'm wondering if there are any mod which will let me import an image file to use as referance when laying out my city?

okey, thanks. I've made an "industry zone" now and it's working out perfectly with the workers and so. But now I'm trying to sell power between my cities. But even though both cities is making a good profit and I've connected them together with power lines I'm not able to transfer any power. :S Is there anything I need to do else than just connect the power wires? (I've deleted the power plants in one of the cities)

Hmm, if you build a city and have industrial areas in other zones around the city. How do you manage the economy in that zones? I mean, if you only have industrial there you'll lose money? Or do you?

okey. The main problem is for me to make lakes and hills at the correct size and height. But I guess I'll learn that after practicing a bit.

Do you have any special mods that let you use a map of the city planning as a background when you're drawing the roads or how the heck do you get it right? Thanks! Just a little question: is there any way to share the economy between do different zones on the map? For example if I want to build an industrial area in one zone that is connected to a city in an another zone and want the industrial area to be a part of the nearby city's economy.
