Well I downloaded it here, so there must be some way to use it.

Thank you! I just found out from another site that if I want SC4 Terraformer or Mapper, I should come to this site and search for "wouanagaine" otherwise I won't find it. My next question is: I downloaded a New Horizons Productions New York City region, followed the directions that came with it: But when I opened it in SC4 the whole region was just a flat green square. What did I miss? Later: In another thread I found a link to this page https://www.simtropolis.com/omnibus/index.cfm/Main.SimCity_4.Custom_Content.Installing_a_Region_Downloaded_from_the_STEX which should be listed in a FAQ somewhere. I got an error with the size. "Region bitmap size is incorrect... 1024x1024. Should be 513x513." Later: I just found out that "Omnibus" is a wiki of tutorials. That's good to know. Could someone please give me a link to SC4 Mapper? Whenever I search it gives me very old threads of people asking the same question (and none of them are answered).

I've been searching but I can't find SC4 Mapper to download.
