I've heard of radio stations coming to malls to host an event, or to help promote certain products or ideas.     This is a huge house inspired by the dream homes in many charity lotteries. I will continue my quest to make more low density buildings! I have improved my methods since my first building; I have put in more detail to this building and there is no funny shading. They are hard to see but there is a bathroom vent on the roof, eavestrophs, drainpipes, decorative windows, and a railing for the balcony. EDIT: Stats: R$$, Stage 4, houses 12 sims.     Hi, everyone! I live in London, Ontario. It's a nice city in the heart of South-Western Ontario. We've got the Knights & the Memorial Cup 2005! EDIT: Oops, I forgot to mention that my name's Dan and that I'm in grade 10. I like computer engineering & some programming. (A little bit of Java and VB). Kewl. PS: It might interest you to know that the John Labatt Brewery started in London, Ontario! The original brewery is still here in the Pioneer village!

I look forward to downloading your Mega-Mall! I think the name pretty well describes the company: a small, private contracting and small construction company.

    Well, I found the problem with the roof reflections while playing around with the building, I had some overlapping objects. I won't fix this house (too much work...) but I will avoid the reflective roof on my next houses. Thanks again for the comments!

    The Story: There were hardly any low-density BAT buildings on the STEX so I decided to try it on my own. The Building: My first ever BAT project. It looks a little "blocky", like an SC3K BAT building. Thanks to Phillippbo for the excellent tutorial and reference, and to EmergentFungus for the glass texture. Please, since this is my first building, I would love for any helpful points to grow!
