    I bought these disks a few years back I think between 2014 and 2016 anyway I got the downloads not the disks, I loaded them on my desktop.  A few days ago I suffered a catastrophic failure on my desktop. the harddrrive was damaged as well and cannot be accessed.  I luckly had most things backed up on a laptop, however my LEX SimCity disks were not.

    I have repeated sent messages asking if I can get copies sent to me I am wiling to prove my purchase of them.  I have never heard anything back.  Maybe if I make a public post I will get some responce???
