Hey guys, I'm building a city that's essentially eye candy but with functioning buildings/public transport etc, and I've hit a demand cap with my jobs - obviously, because I'm not building enough Commercial buildings there aren't enough jobs and the city just won't grow. I seem to remember there being a lot that had like, literally millions of jobs a few years back, and it helped with the demand for jobs freeing up a lot of space for me. I know it's strictly speaking a cheat, but frankly I don't care as it's mostly for eye candy. Can anyone help?

This is one I've sort of been working on... I'm sort of a newbie with it, but luckily my city is gridded... (I know it sounds bland, but if you've ever been to either of the two cities it's based on you'll pick up why pretty quickly.) It's fairly large, so I've chucked it in IMG tags, but if I need to just post the URL then let me know.

So I know I'm probably going to get chewed out a bit for it because a lot of people don't like radical mods - but up until a few months ago (when I lost all of my plugins) I used to have power/water/garbage as a tile each whereby you could plop it and it would power/water/dispose of enough garbage for an entire city. Does anyone know where I can find these? Alternatively, does anyone know of any REALLY powerful water pumps/garbage lots or burners or converters/power plants that they could recommend? I'm desperate for some, so that I can get started on my very first CJ. EDIT TO ADD: Sorry, I forgot to mention. Pollution eaters? I've had a look on the STEX for what has seemed like several hours over about three days and haven't been able to find any of the above. Any help would be just AMAZING. Thanks guys!
