As this cj will not be very exiting for a while, i thought that maybe you would like me to combine this cj with another city (which is more exiting) So here it is (it's a bit big) Picture of the CBD just say yes or no to this if you want .

In this entry i will cover the northern side of town (actually there is more stuff to show). To start off i will show the....... Fruit market! (exicting stuff eh?) Looking back across the bridge to the south side of town. And the dirtiest place in town (i think we all know what it is don't we?). Some denser housing. Another street. The mayor's house. The town's main source of income - a food factory. And one of the two farms in town (it produces food for the factory). And last but not least some voting! The Town council has managed to accumilate $50,000 and want to expand the town in the north side but there is also another option, the council could tarmac over some more roads thus it will help the town's infastructure. There are two options: A) expand the town B) tarmac roads and build less housing. Here is the proposed are for the housing. . Thanks for viewing! Next entry: After the growth.

This is a Cj about a small town on the coast in cities xl, i hope my method of natural growth will work so wish me luck! First up we have the town hall it is the most promenent building in the area. Then follows some pictures of the town the bridge which seperates the north from the south. A quiet street (south side). lol, i want that parrot so much because it will scare off the neighbours! (btw they are very annoying,you just get people like that!) I'll just sit it on the garden fence and when they see it they will run away MUUHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!

Couple of days back i was looking for a release date for cities xl 2011, and i found one. Supposedly it is coming out in september this year if this is true or not i don't know. But at least there is some hop!

I think stef 42 is right because i first saw that before MC went bankrupt so it is probably not true, but you never know!

Is there any news about MC possibly bringing in the megastructures from the PO or is there a way to transfer them? maybe the model file or something like that (cause i've always wanted the chrysler buildingin my city )

I emailed MC about this they said that they will be releasing blueprints and things like that in the new version coming out but they don't know when they will bring it out.

In my opinion Cities xl is not a bad game as such if you understand it fully but the PO was just a waste of money, it's just aswell they got rid of it rather than making people waste their money. But as i said it is not a bad game but did not live up to my expectations especially the megastructures you should'nt have needed tons of tokens to build them just money and time and i think they should of allowed them into the singleplayer when they shut down the planet mode, but being MC they did not. Also i think that the graphics are good from a distance when you get too close it is basically a flat texture. People cannot create their own custom content and upload it to make the game better. The way they did the roads is good they are quite realistic the way you can bend them. Also i would recommend it to somone who is new to city-building games because it think that it is a good game for them to start on because it is not too complicated and is quite easy to play aswell as being quite slow so they can play it at their own pace. But overall i think this is a good game for the state of MC's finances. But this is my opinion and not somone elses

hmmm.. i think it's a great idea but cities xl does not have the correct tools or buildings to do this maybe you should wait until custom content is released (but that may be some time..) but i'm not stopping you. but a very good idea!

Here are some pics of my new city i have done over the past two days hope you like them! (i go for realism by the way and not for ridiculous population densities). viewing the city from the west side CBD in the middle (wall street building and if you don't know which one it is it's the big tower with a green roof) and the unskilled workers slum to the north east (where there are 4 towers in a line) The CBD (i am planning to add some more offices) please not that this is work incomplete and i will open a new CJ for this city once i have added all the finishing touches.

(i've had a go at creating a city on the same map as this it is really easy to play with a lot of inspiration from you here what i have come up with and btw i have'nt finished it yet!)hope you like it! (very similar to yours but not the same).

How do you build all that! it's amazing how you can get all the income to do so! but very nice this is a really good CJ! 

 Congrats on getting to 1 million people! i've done that twice but my cities infastructures collasped soon after :( Oh yes and one other thing how did you get the los Angeles city hall if you only have 1mil and it needs twice that? cause you can't unlock it using expert mode. Exellent update! the last picture is amazing! (wish i could build cities like that :)

Here are some pictures of buildings form Swansea in Wales i chose these because they are Revonating all the old docks and there are some nice buildings there. And because i can't use the BAT so i thought some of you could have a go at it. Here is the first building it is called Meridian tower and has 29 stories all apartments (the tower is the same on both sides). Here is a very old tower that was built before i was born. Here are some various buildings they have built in the SA1 development (or are going to build). A bunch of apartments. more apartments. And an office building. another picture of apartments. I'm sorry i could not provide better pictures but if you look it up on google you may find some pictures on a website or something (google earth may be a good solution). please make these if you can asfor i am not able to use the BAT it does not work. (i was no good at it anyway) I think that the stex could be much better if there were lots of buildings in the UK on it especially apartments and offices asfor lots of cities are renovating their waterfronts and lots of interesting buildings are popping up. maybe some of the more experienced batters could do this

So after 2 hours of sitting in the back of a bus i arrived in a town called MountainCreek it has about 1000 people living in it. We entered the town from the east via the main road. and 1 minute later reached the edge of town..... Soon it was time for me to get off at the bus stop,which i did and went for lunch in a diner across the road. when i walked in the place was nearly empty and there was only one person serving people,luckily and out of generosity my friend gave me $50 and told me to spend it wisely. I had a look at the menu and asked the person serving: Me: Can i have a coke and two chicken wings please. Employee: Yesh of coursh you can. Employee: Anything elsh you want? Me: No thanks that's all Obivously this person had a lisp and could not speak very well which was a shame. So after lunch i followed the road south towards the farms. and further on till i came to this mansion. So i stepped inside to ask for directions and after i rang the bell a little man in a suit came to answer. Me: Excuse me can you give me directions? Houseowner: You are not from around here are you? Me: No i'm not. Houseowner: Tourist? Me: Yep Houseowner: So do you have a place to stay cause there ain't no hotels here? Me: No i don't Houseowner: If you want to you can stay in my second home it is not far from here. Me: Thanks so much Houseowner: No problem just get out of town soon because the farmers don't like tourists i think they are up to somethin to be honest Me: Ok i'll look out for them thanks anyway see ya. Houseowner: See you later The little man was very helpful he gave me a map with his second home marked on it. So i followed the map walking along random streets And still going on... Until finally i reached it after 30 minutes of walking. So after i got settled down and had a shower i went out exploring. i turned left and followed the main road and passed large groups of beatiful wild flowers. still following the road.... . and at the end of the road i came to a great viewpoint of the town it was amazing so i took a photo. but soon i realised it was getting late and headed back to the house where i was staying. when i got there i had dinner,phoned the owner of the house and asked him if he could take me to the nearest town..... he agreed. Time for voting!: John can ask to go north or south but not west because this is the most westerly town or he could go back to Harbour town which will you decide? A) Go north towards the town of Belnit B) Go south to the town of farmin C) Head east back to Harbour town I hope you have enjoyed! see you next time.

I would vote for A namely because i like valleys 

I first caught sight of the Island around 1:Pm local time and arrived an hour and a bit later. So upon leaving the boat i took a look around the broadwalk also got a bit wet when a large wave hit the side of the broadwalk. And as i walked further up the road..... There was a large car crash on an intersection! So after taking a photo i went along the main road through the downtown (there were some odd looking buildings there). I got lost so i asked a local where i should go... Me: Umm.. excuse me Local: Yes? Me: I'm lost can you tell me if there is somewhere i could get a map from? Local: Yes in fact there is,just take the road to your right until you come to a cottage with a thatch roof. Me: Ok thanks alot,bye! Local: Bye! So after my little conversation with the local who was an odd-looking fellow i followed his directions till i came to the cottage,but along the way i noticed something strange in somebody's backyard. A radar?!!! (or is it just somone wants a good reception for their television?) So after i walked past the house i came to the cottage which was quite pretty at this time of year. Unfortunaly they had run out of maps because there was a coach full of tourists like me who had bought them all the day before. So continuing my journey i followed the road to my left. And then i turned left... and followed that road until i came to a bus stop. I also walked past the towns medical clinic. Still walking down... Ah finally! the bus stop. Time for Voting! John happens to have a friend who is a bus driver in the area who does regular stops here on his route John has three choices: A) Take the bus North along the coast towards Jointon B) Go south to his friends house in the other half of the town to spend the night there. C) Take the bus west further into the countryside. That is all for the next five days or so I hope you have enjoyed it. And most importantly.......HAVE A GREAT EASTER!!!!!!
