Hey!! I've been trying to modify the ingame seaport because I feel its just far to big and bulky for what I want to use it for. I did download the BSC seaport pack, but there isn't really anything in there that I wanted to use, so I thought I'd make my own... I've been following this tutorial https://www.simtropolis.com/omnibus/_/simcity-4/batlot-editor-tutorials/how-to-make-a-custom-lot-with-the-lot-editor-r209 but when I get to the part where I have to put in my custom file, its not in the list :S The only thing I am doing differently is placing my lot under seaports instead of parks... After that didn't work, I tried modifying the maxis lot, I found all three, but I couldn't change the size of them, nor could I save them as a seperate file I then tried downloading a random seaport (I deleted everything from the BSC lot that I had, since I had no intention of using them - they arn't what I was looking for), but the ones that I was using had their own road/rail lines, and I couldn't figure out how to remove them... I then looked on the internet! I can't find anything about actually modifying the maxis lot, or creating your own seaport, only the odd question here and there about how to modify the values... Does anybody have any ideas or solutions? Thanks Bub's

is there a mod that will delete buildings that become abandoned, so that I don't have to siv through my citys and do it? Thanks

Trying to get deadwoods country school sets working, I used the cleanitol and downloaded everything that had a working link, but I can't find these, even using google... PEG_MTP_RESOURCE_vol1.dat SNMTimedProps.dat PEG-CDKN_Pier-One_205.dat If anybody knows where to get them, it would be great... Thanks

Hi!! After being away for however long I've been away, I'm starting to get back into SimCity again. I noticed that my plugin folder was a complete mess, so I've decided that I will organise it. However, I have encountered a problem. There is a mod that I know I want to keep (I have lots of mods that I dont use/want any more, so I'm trying to get rid of them) but I can't remember the name of the mod. Its a road segmant that acts as a bus stop/subway stop or both... Could any body tell me what the mod is called? did you increase tax or anything like that? I find that any tax percentage about about 10 decreases demand.... (just a suggestion) -

Have you tried looking at the desirability charts? Maybe in the areas you are trying to build they are too far from a region connection, or they are too far away from residential Otherwise I wouldn't know what to suggest (many of the others on the forum are much more experianced at this than me, but heres some ideas untill they get around to replying) -
I wouldnt really know how to help you with this (since it A. Doesnt bug me too much and B. I dont normally use BATS and stuff...) But you could try only to download stuff from well known BAT makers (like Pegasus) Although I'm sure that they are probobly all legit. Simple awnser would be to try it, and if stuff isnt the same, get rid of it....
