    Extremely exciting news! 432 Park is now confirmed to have a roof height (at least submitted with the DOB) of 1,380'--7' greater than 1WTC.     I think people will be impressed once this is built. The design isn't as basic as first glance would impress, as what's going on behind the facade is actually quite complex (cut-outs every 7-8 floors). The materials used in construction will be of the highest quality, as well... I think this building will usher in a new era of residential super-talls for NYC (or it's the second in a trend begun by One57).

    Yeah... it LOOKS good from the picture here. Too bad in the game its crap! Everything is sky high, and when you move EVERY map down 20 levels, it looks like crap! I just wasted an hour of my life on your crappy map. Give an ACCURATE picture next time!

    if thats around 20 stories tall, its the ritz carlton in tysons corner (or are there other ritz-carltons that look like that?). Great job too. Looks just like the one im thinking about.

    Yeah with the whole city rivalry and everything... Canberra is obviously the best city. Whenever theres a fight, Canberra's always left out. Its jut so nice there. And I'm afrais I like Sydney alot more than Melbourne for many reasons but a major one has been previously mentioned. It stinks in some places (literally). Adelaides a nice city too.

    If you decide to do hotels, I have a suggestion for you. A nice model of a Ritz-Carlton Hotel is in Tysons Corner, Virginia. Its 24 stories high (I think). Just look it up on the internet as Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner. Just a suggestion. There are also some nice mid-rise suburban office buildings in Tysons Corner that would be good as well.

    One idea for a store after your done Perkins and the office tower, Giant is a one of the leading supermarkets in the Washington D.C area.

    this building is looking good. But about Trump Toer, maybe that would b better? bc it has a better look (my opinion) and its virtually the same except for the front. Just an opinion tho.
