Try putting the files in their own folder in Plugins and add a prefix of "ZZZ_" to the folder name. This will make sure it will load after NAM and will replace all the textures as it is the last file loaded.

Editing a building's properties?
jim 546 replied to AnthonyRM1's topic in SC4 Bugs & Technical Issues
I use SC4Tool as it can edit most properties of a building/lot and it's fairly user-friendly. If it doesn't do what you want you could use ilive's Reader (though I find it a bit complex). -
There are a lot of CJ's, could you give a link? It's lined to in a thread, unfortunately it's in the old website format so I don't know how to access it (https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=37&threadid=79043).

jim 546 replied to marldale13's topic in SC4 Bugs & Technical Issues
Simcity 4 will happily run on Windows 7. The only difference is that it is installed to the (x86) Program Files directory. -
Thanks for the response GMT, I did a more searching and found THIS PLACE, seems to have what I'm looking for but I haven't tested the downloads yet.

Out of curiosity, where would you like to save the files? -

Here's a question for all you simmers, is there any way to put NAT's into the game so FS(9) can use them in route planning? I don't like having to go out of the game to import a flight plan and I do cross the Atlantic a lot. Even just a static jetway across would do.
