    Here it is my last Gmax project ever. Three years of planning, two years of modelling and countless computer hours later, the new World Trade Centre, NYC is available on the stex. Created to remember the events and those who lost their lives in the 9/11 attacks ten years ago, the WTC is now available to all. The lot consists of all of the past WTC releases, updated for this model as well as the new memorial pavilion and plaza. Please note that in order for this BAT to function correctly, you will need to download all of the past WTC projects. (See dependency list below) The BAT is partially transit enabled and will provide 15600 CO$$$ jobs over a 16x22 lot. Hope you all like my newest BAT project.     For my next BAT upload comes the Eclipse Tower, a 325m mixed use hotel and office tower. The idea came from inspiration on the planned Ocean One tower due for construction in Thailand. The tower is on a 2x6 lot and provides 8600 CO$$$ jobs. Hope you all like my newest project. Please note the Riviera Tower project has been postponed due to rendering issues. Please rate, thanks.     Finally I give you my secret Christmas project for 2008, the 519m tall Poseidon Tower. The tower is another BAT from my New Austin series and is currently under constriction in the New Austin Marina District. When completed in 2011, it will become the second tallest building in the city and the centre piece for the marina development complex. In terms of the actual BAT itself, I have been looking over comments given on all past projects and decided to make a few changes to this model to help improve it somewhat. This included using shinier, reflective windows and improving the realism of the floor gaps. Also I have made this BAT specifically to be dependency free, so no more tiring looks for dependency files. The tower also provides 9000 CO$$$ jobs.     Here it is the last standalone piece of my WTC project, the Transit Hub. The building was originally designed by spanish archiect Santiago Calatrava to resemble a bird being released from a child’s hand. The building when completed in 2014 will stand at around 60m high between Two and Three World Trade Centre towers. The BAT is on an 8 x 3 lot and provides a maxium capcity of 2000 commuters. Hope you all like this final addition to the World Trade Centre project. Look out for the full WTC complex on September 11th 2011.     This latest BAT upload is the 330m high Oceana Tower. The tower was completed in 2007 and serves as the world headquarters for the Oceana Air Travel company. The tower is on a 3x3 lot and provides 5700 CO$$$ jobs. This is one of two projects that I have been working on for the past few months. The other project, the Riviera Towers should be uploaded soon, just having a few problems with the BAT’s export at the moment. Anyway hope you all like and don’t forget to rate, thanks.     Ok, here’s the one we have all been waiting for, it is my great honour to present the second part of my new WTC project, One World Trade Centre, aka the Freedom Tower. The tower has taken the best of this year to create and will form part of my last ever gmax project; the New WTC in NYC. After this I intend to move onto 3DSMax. The tower is 541m high and occupies a lot size of 7x5tiles. The lot is a partial diagonal lot although a non-diagonal version is now available on the sc4devotion LEX. The building provides 9100 CO$$$ jobs. Hope you all like my newest BAT project. Thanks again for all the support with making this tower.     Here is my second Christmas treat for everyone here at the STEX, the 308m tall Jackson Tower. This project has been in production for about a week now and was based similarly on another Dubai tower around the Dubai Mall. This tower when completed in 2009 will be another addition to the new Marina development complex in the city of New Austin. The tower itself serves as a luxury 5star hotel resort overlooking the marina and surrounding bay area. The tower also provides 5600 CS$$$ jobs.     This is another addition to my Austin Waterfront development project. The tower was completed in November 2007 and serves as the city’s newest 5 star hotel. The tower consists of over 2000 luxury hotel suites as well as two indoor swimming pools and three world class restaurants. The tower stands at 257m on a 5x4 lot and provides 3500 CO$$$ jobs. After having been around on the stex for a while now and having produced a fair number of successful BATs I am starting up my own thread that will be looking at all of my current and future projects for the stex. An update at present shows that my latest release is the Lincoln Heights tower, which was inspired by the Girasole Building, proposed in New York City. In an attempt to continue looking at New York future buildings, I am going to start making the entire new world trade centre complex including all proposed towers and the memorial gardens. After following many creators in the progress of modelling this complex, although they all are absolutely superb models, they seem to get near completion stages but then, like in the case of Kd5rax, the projects don't appear to get completed. Because of the demand for this complex I am going to make my own version of it over the course of this year, starting with the Freedom Tower. As I don't have access to 3Ds Max at all, I have been modelling all my bats in Gmax. Hopefully i will be getting a copy of 3dsmax 9 in the near future, but until then I will start modelling this tower in Gmax. I don’t have any pictures of the tower as of yet, but I will upload some very soon. Look out for new updates on these project soon.

    As a quick update everyone, I will be taking a short break from the world of BAT modelling whilst I focus my efforts on getting my new visualisation company up and running. Please note that I will return to the stex but probably not until just after Christmas.

All of the buildings remain on the lot and they are displaying correctly. My advice; remove all copies of the trade center bats and the dependencies listed and try and re-downloading the stand-alone buildings first, then the WTC essentails pack and then this model and see if that works.

    Well, thats me done with gmax now. Next step, learn how to use Max. If anyone could provide any tutorials or info on how to use the latest version of BAT4Max, particlarly involving texturing glass, nightlighting and exporting. The help would be really appreciated so I can start on my next project.

    @randomuser2349 - 1WTC is only a slight bit taller than 2WTC (roof wise), its the spire that makes it so tall. But wth the angle and perspective in SC4, 2wtc looks taller but isn't. @Ian7 - as for 5WTC when they release new plans for the design it will be made but in Max.

    @StanislavSoltys - thanks, but 7WTC is not part of the main complex and will remain as a stand-alone release only.
