Hello all, As the title said, my game crashes to desktop when I lower taxes to 5 % for residential, but not when lowering commercial taxes. Demand is very negative (it's a large city), and I guess it crashes when demand goes up. I don't know was this an issue before, since I wasn't lowering taxes earlier. Has anyone experienced this? Hey there, I speak Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Montenegrian (which are practically the same (before 1991, it was called Serbo-Croat), but in foreign countries it counts as different languages and raises your salary (by the way, I'm not living abroad, but I know the fact) ), English, Italian and some German. I can understand some Hungarian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Macedonian, Czech, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, French and Spanish, but it is mostly due to the fact that 26 different nationalities live in my region of Vojvodina. I have similar problem. It also shows up when you plop something and smoke goes up. Smoke is also glitched. It started occurring after I installed latest NAM (31.1) and after I switched to Windows 7 64bit (before that I was on Windows 7 32 bit). Maybe it has to do with one of these two things, or maybe the graphic card is dying. Anyway, I didn't find solution and I'm playing the game ignoring the issue. Cheers, Nemus

Well, as title says, there are no street lights showing on all of the streets/roads either zoned, plopped or empty, just on some (diagonal streets, avenues). There are no street lights in residential zones. Maybe it shouldn't be there in the first place?Anyone had this issue? I don't have any light replacement mods. All my graphic settings are set on high, except shadows (low). To be clear, I'm not saying that it don't work at night, lamp posts are just missing. I had this issue for a long, long time, but just decided to ask here out of curiosity. It's not a vital problem, and if nobody knows solution, absolutely nothing will happen and life will go on. I tried with tutorial how to create functional landmarks, but it doesn't work. I made a little market, and i want to add 20, 30 jobs. How? I guess it's in Ilive Reader, but can't figure it out.
