  2. When you transfer money. Do not immediately go to the city you send money "to" but keep on playing in the city you send money "from" until you get a message you send the money, this can indeed take a while. Then go to the city you send money "to" and wait till you see the message you have received the money or a little simeleon thingie is coming from the town hall, again this can take a while. You will see it at the balance anyways. The money is actually being brought by a car. (dodgie huh? Must be a tax thingie that it's brought by car...lol). Z.
