Springdale Memorial

This update is mainly about the new hospital proposed in Springdale to be called Springdale memorial. The hospital is being built in the downtown core by demolishing 4 homes and part of a street. This is to accommodate the growth the downtown core has seen. On the west side of the city there has been significant growth as well with a new phase of houses being built for the subdivision. The title says it all. The mayoral candidates are John Webster and Martin Alsgrove. As said in the first update John Webster is a rich businessman and the owner of the Websters Abbatoir. He is also the current mayor. Even though he doesn't have any knowledge of politics he i determined that he can still has lots to offer to the the growing town. So today the population of Springdale has hit 10 000 people :party:. So the municipal government has decided to start some major infrastructure projects. The 1st project is updating the small water pump and tower to a new huge water treatment and pump near the meadows of glen subdivision. Meadows of Glen

The meadows of glen is a new residential development going on in spring dale which will feature low to medium density housing. The development will include 3 phases to let the area establish and create a sense of community.The development has just currently finished phase 1 by the company Macintosh Houses. Road Construction

The road construction is now finished and the development of the subdivision can begin. The new road is named Glendale after the name of the subdivision and the total cost was a huge 1.3 million dollars. Here are some pictures from the construction. Please Comment :D:D

Springdale has seen growth at a breakneck pace during the last 10 years and has filled up the main island of the town. The population is now 4000 residents. Springdale has also gotten it's first high school opened. It is called Pearson high school and it can accommodate up to 2000 children. Springdale has seen significant growth through a five year period. The population has gone from a mere 500 to 1200 residents. With the growth of the population there was also the growth of commercial in the town. There was also the construction of the seaport on the cold river which brought a huge increase in residential desirability. There was also the construction of the first fast food eatery in the town. Springdale is a small farming community located in the region of Mayfield. The town was founded in 1861. The current mayor of Springdale is John Webster a humble business man who owns the largest employer in the town Webster's Abattoir. This is the town hall. It was erected in 1881, 20 years after the founding of the town. Located behind the town hall is memorial park created 2 years ago. It is the town's biggest project to date. The lookout tower overlooks the Cold River.
