Hello again! In today's update we are going to learn about the new strip plaza in the Glendale and subdivision and the 1st step to downtown revitalization. All this growth was brought on by the town council realizing one of the main problems that they were facing. Nearly 80% of the residents were commuting throughout the region to other cities.So they decided that to solve their problem they would need to get investors and the private sector to come to the city and start up their businesses. It was not very hard to do this because as the town is growing investors could see the potential of moving to Springdale. The council proposed knocking down the Imperial theater since it had been abandoned for years and was in the central downtown area and next to the train station.The proposal included building two medium density commercial buildings. The proposal was approved and Fletcher and Bros development company started the project soon after. So now I will let you see the pictures and I will stop talking.
