Springdale has seen growth at a breakneck pace during the last 10 years and has filled up the main island of the town. The population is now 4000 residents.

Springdale has also gotten it's first high school opened. It is called Pearson high school and it can accommodate up to 2000 children.

The town council has proposed a new subdivision to the left of the main island eating up more farmland. With this subdivision the council also proposed a new road to be built to take the increase in traffic. This project will tkae an estimated 6 months to complete including pipe laying.
