Population hits 10k and Infrastructure Update

So today the population of Springdale has hit 10 000 people :party::party::party:. So the municipal government has decided to start some major infrastructure projects. The 1st project is updating the small water pump and tower to a new huge water treatment and pump near the meadows of glen subdivision. The next project is updating two major roads to 2 lane avenues Glendale road and first street which includes building a new bridge to replace he old one. There was also the zoning along the new avenue of multi- level residency condos.
