The meadows of glen is a new residential development going on in spring dale which will feature low to medium density housing. The development will include 3 phases to let the area establish and create a sense of community.The development has just currently finished phase 1 by the company Macintosh Houses. The 1st phase has included just single family homes so far but, a huge brand new park was also created. It is called Redding Park after the farmers who owned that piece of land. The downtown core has also continued to grow.
