This update is mainly about the new hospital proposed in Springdale to be called Springdale memorial. The hospital is being built in the downtown core by demolishing 4 homes and part of a street. This is to accommodate the growth the downtown core has seen. On the west side of the city there has been significant growth as well with a new phase of houses being built for the subdivision. This area has also seen the development of a new financial area.

This is the cities new development corporation that will handle all of the development going on in the city and it will also serve as the new city hall until a bigger one is built.
