The first is the demolition of the Glendale Subdivision high school since the lot was so huge and the school was literally half empty most of the time so he knocked it down and built a smaller school with a new community college. The second project is a new bridge from the south east part of the city across the river to the south west side of city to take the stress off of Spring Bridge which is currently the only bridge in the city and many freight trucks already use the bridge. Both of these projects have an estimated amount of 10 000 000 simoleons.
