- CITY CENTER
Paris is the capital of the European country of France. It's located in the northeast portion of the country and connected by train stations, highways, and airports to the rest of Europe. Paris is a grand city, with a master plan that includes grand, tree lined avenues, and Haussmanian styled buildings. The city has numerous parks, museums, and is known as a major fashion city. It's also a center of commerce, trade, and transportation. We will take a look in the city's center where most of Paris' beauty is located.

Bourse de Commerces used to be a center for trade and commerce in the city, but has been transformed into a landmark and park for Paris' residents.

The Place de la Concorde marks the start of the famous Champs de Elysees, Paris' grandest boulevard. It leads to the Arc de Triumphe and later to La Defense.

The Moulin Rouge is a night dance club located in central Paris. It used to be a brothel where lude and illicit activities were very common. It has since been cleaned up and there are now nightly performances.

Rue Saint-Honore is one of Paris' most fashionable streets. Here we see a tree-filled portion of the street next to the Louvre's gardens.

The Eglise de la Madeline is located across from the Place de la Concorde in a tree lined avenue.

Notre Dame is a beautiful church located on Paris' Ile de la Cite. It has inspired the famous book 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame' and the author helped keep the church from being demolished.

The Gare du Nord is one of Paris' largest train station and connects residents to other cities in France and the Eurostar line passes under the English Channel into Britain.
