Too many rich mansions... I wanna see some slums! But really nice city. Also wondering.... Why is there a Middle Eastern apartment in a city like this?

The peninsula-islands are great.  The night shot is good as well, but there seems to be a lack of illumination (i.e. street lights).  Though, I guess, the lack of lights on the ships can't be helped.

Where did you get that big building in the night shot?

Looks very nice but i would fill the gaps between the mansions with some trees and bushes but overall very good

I like it a lot but i think it needs some more trees to green up your developement

as for the docks on the rich island: they don't look horrible, but I would try to find some plain wooden ones. ;)
