Welcome to East Peak on Sun Bay!  For today's tour we will start with a better look at the District as requested by kschmidt. Followed by a look at the overview of the tile and then a  closer look at the marina and transit paths crossing through. Ohh and keep your heads up for the bay patrol thanks to Airman15.

  Hopefully the locations of the last couple of entries are clearer and we can also see some of the upcoming areas we will be touring. Any particular area you have an interest in? Please share in the comments.

Let's start our closer look at East Peak on Sun Bay located where the Owl Bend River meets Sun Bay. There are a couple of farms with some testing out of some smoothing out jagged farm edges, some practice and testing will improve this as I go along, hopefully.

Your farms are starting to look a lot more better now that you are covering up the jagged diagonals. Also those last two pictures were a real pleasure to look at!

The regional view is turning out great, I like how you've spaced out the cities. Cool idea having the jets do a fly by as well.

One small suggestion, I think you should go with the straight version of the pedestrian bridge over the Owl Bend River. Might just be me but the loop at the end kind of looks like its hanging in the air.

Nice work with the river end and the marina! Your rocky coastlines look great and you've definitely made some improvements on the farm front with the tree cover. Jets flying over on the last few certainly added a nice touch as well. :thumb:

I like how you've used that pedestrian bridge. Marina looks nice too except it's too high off the water. Good work.

F-15's are always an excellent choice for fighter squadrons! They look great with your water mod, by the way!

@Ln X Thank You! I like how those jet pics worked out too and will continue trying things out for the jagged edges.

@raynev1 Thank you, why did you stop? jk lol

@Prophet42 Thank you, hope you enjoy the upcoming ones too

@kschmidt Thank you, yeah there are times there might be a loud noise or two but the sims haven't complained so far lol

@gviper Thank you

@sunda Obrigado!

@takemethere Thank you, there are some more districts to finish off like the one that large city tile at the top with the lake is a part of and some that arr mostly finished to the east, I'll most likely be putting up a new full region pic in the building concepts soon. The straight version was too short for the span, and the height differences of all the bridges kinda pushed me to put the curve on the one side. The pillars are only meant for 10m so they are floating but I'm just gonna chalk it up to the amazing abilities of steel (as you know) and it is just a giant coil spring, and that the curve is there for people to look at the waterfall and take pictures.

@kingofsimcity Thank you, thanks to the creators like Airman15 and yourself that create such great lots and props to work with too.

@ThuanLy If you're saying it looks nice in my pic thank you, it is the Bullet Train Mod and can be found in NAM. Use the custom download and pick the items you want like the BTM, make sure to also pic the items you already used in your cities as well.

@Titanicbuff Thank You

@MilitantRadical  Thank you, yeah some spots around the region were hard to get the right height down and have some highpoints, game limits to the location.

@Dreadnought Thank You and thank you for noticing the effort put into those bridge crossings, none the same height and varied lengths.

@yanitachannel  It is here:

@airman15 Thank you for the putting those planes out into the SC4 world and thank you for having made one with sea camo

@tonraq Thank you, hope you enjoy the rest of the CJ as well.
