2016-03-04_00002.thumb.jpg.6b542b35f2bc1This one looks really nice: The mesh, the texture, the color variations. I just think that it should be classified as high-wealth. It is more a castle than a house.

Default Stats

  • Zone: Residential Low-density
  • Level: 3 (medium-wealth cims)
  • Lot size: 4x4

It looks really nice. :)  I'd use the decal on the whole area (if it can be placed) and some flowers instead of some of the bushes would look great (but need custom assets)

You're right this is a pretty building & should be classified as $$$. Not much to suggest here, but a couple of dim lights in the atrium & archway would look nice at night. Maybe extend the front for bigger driveway & some med size trees on either side for that privacy look. Also a dark gray roof variation should look good as well.

Nice name choice ;)

I would probably place this house on a deeper lot with a proper garden, maybe even a pool in the backyard. At least 4x6, maybe even 5x8 when the land is cheap.

Actually yea 4x6 might be better. I forgot the back of the house has a nice opening perfect for a pool or fancy garden.

I agree with Bach2Baroque for the most part.

I think that Castillito del Campo [little castle of the countryside] should be 6x8 (with the garage doors retextured to wood and a detached 2-car garage added to the side, in addition to the backyard pool and front yard garden) for exurbs or extremely rich suburbs.

That would actually work as a prop, without changing the mesh :)

Interesting that everyone classifies it as $$$. It is only L3 in vanilla.

Well... On a bigger lot with a bigger yard surrounded by a stone fence, a private tennis court and other props, I don't think it would be hard to believe. The thing that is hard is that for me a $$$ low R should have a fairly large property lot to feel that own land (yah know). But since C:S offer only 4x4 lot, well i would say that the building deserve the mention $$$ but the lot makes it $$.

I guess also it depends largely from your perception of what you are use to see IRL. Which must depends on where you live :) !

I completely agree with your ratings. Even with the small lot, it looks like $$$, especially compared to other vanilla homes.
