And and season greetings, hello, buenos dias, Happy New Years (to come) to those that do and don't celebrate it.  The city of Capistrano and various landmarks have jumped into the holiday season with lights aplenty. Not to mention the gushing public works department who just began operation of their new combined water supply/treatment facility. Enough of the blabber...here's a look..

Capable of serving the city for years to come it's modern to the hilt...

Now onto the holiday decor...

Looks like the fire department's main station personnel are getting into the act:

Oh, and Capistrano Square downtown is all hustle and bustle with the fervor of the season:

Even at night:

The city's sports arena is showing its season spirit too:

Game on under the lights! Oh, and egg nog from the concession stand will only cost you 8.00USD a glass!

And what would the season be without a Christmas greeting from mayor Scott Jackson and his wife:

Oh, what's this?

Looks like the Christmas party at city hall is the place to be!

They've got the place all adorned in holiday decor:

The mayor even appropriated funds to light the place in holiday decor at night!

And Happy Holidays to all of Capistrano and Vista Del Mar . Let the festivities begin .

Fantastic entry!!  Great attention to asthetics and detail.  I especially like the water works and the Capistrano Square pictures.

Nice dense tropical flora in the first pictures and interesting combination of the sunken canal and tramway. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
