Visit #2: The town is developing

I already told you that I decided to continue the development of the town, so here's a small look:

I continued to zone suburbs....

...I continued to zone agricultural areas....

...I added a railway line (with ugly placement of the main station)...

...I built a small commercial area...

...And expanded the industrial zone!

So, does anyone have tips how to go on? I never really developed a town so far :3 Adittional, does anyone know hot to fight against the huge abandonment? There's a huge demand for middle class houses, but as they build them, they're dilapitaded, though there should be enough jobs...

Good progress in city !

Your train station looks very calm and alone. It can be made more populated and happening with parking spaces, bus stop (to encourage sims to take train). 

You are very good in setting up trees in RCIs. I would encourage you to add a pond or a big lake with recreational activities to complement your nature.
