This city is still growing in many parts, while some districts are mostly done. So our extended hike will take a few days...

We start in the north-west corner with some remaining farms past the waste facility...

Next time(s) we'll visit fancy eastern suburbs, small docking services, the district's huge freight truck station, dense downtown RES and COM, and some small nearby 'hamlets', all busy restaurating... and with some facilities still under construction...

Thank you :-)

I must say though - lately there are a number of guys who improved dramatically, specially in the 'nature department'... browsing the CJs starts to be addicting =:-)

This is amazing! All the details are stunning, and I'd love to have all these mods if I ever could find them.

But I can't say you're an inspiration for me, almost the opposite. Everytime I come back to this cj, my own projects start to seem so bad I don't want to continue with them... lol

Your skills remain legendary.  I cannot begin to imagine the consequences when the RealRailway mod comes out...the already-thin line between SimCity 4 and reality is in jeopardy...

The lotting, the BATs, the layout? I think it's time we name a new CJ genre after paeng :D

I call this "masterpiece" an online art gallery, not a CJ.

Oh Yeah, totally agreed!! I'm following about a dozen really exceptional CJ's, but I've always had the goal to become as good as you in blending and just creating breathtaking landscapes. I'm inspired by many, but you are by far my biggest inspiration. Appreciate it, and I couldn't have half as much fun without all the cool lots you've released. I owe thanks to many, but yours are essential to my building style! : ))

Just how awesome is this CJ?

Buidling one entire map? checked

Realism? checked

Functionality? checked

Originality? definitely checked

Details? checked with double ticks

This is truly inspirational and wonderful, I absolutely love it! In particular I really like the details of your industrial area and the settings around the railway, simply fantastic :D

Just wondering did you actually lot all the lot by yourself? They are so unique and context-appropriate!

Wow, thanks again for all your kind words!

Yes. Mainly because (usually) I have a certain image in my mind what a scene should look like... so probably 99% of the items I use will pass through my LE first... that can be just a simple exchange of base textures, or all the way to a complete rebuild... plus I'm constantly tweaking my mods trying to blend things better together :-)

The last two updates have been fantastic. And well done, you're back at number one on BTT this week.

Edit: you've held on to the top spot again - congratulations!
