Summer in the City 3
Welcome back to

In this entry we continue to explore the Sarai Ecological Community. Enjoy.

All of the buildings that once stood in this mostly undeveloped area are now gone, except for the historic Von Roo Mill, which is now a gift shop.

Here you can see one of the two models of homes available in the Ecological Community. All of the homes come with an Aquaponic Greenhouse and a swimming pool. Things like tennis courts, conservatories (which the model below has), statues, ponds, and playgrounds are optional.

Below is the second model of house available in the Ecological Community. Each house is as energy efficient and self sustaining as possible. To achieve this, all of the homes have geothermal generators, which make them independent from each Zone's localized power grids.

BBQ Night, every night.

Keep an eye on your small dogs, I see a couple eagles over-head.

Sleep well Ionica.

Ace❤: Always nice to see a highly detailed update from you. Great work with the parks. Perhaps those pesky kids were aiming for the flamingos? ![]()
Thanks Ace. Feels good to be back. Nah, the kids weren't aiming for the flamingos, it is just what happens when you have a lot of birds around ball parks.
Terring: Very nice ![]()
Thanks.
Forthwall: Pretty
I like the parks!
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks.
89James89: Some very nice neighborhoods you've got there. Cheers. James
Thank you.
Huston: The really vibrant colors in these images make them really 'spring to life' (It would've been a pun if it were a season before
). I have to really admire the way the park is laid out, very serene. Let's just hope that the number of flamingos hit this year by rogue baseballs are zero ![]()
lol thanks. I like to bump up the saturation of bit to get that vibrancy. Yes, lets pray for those poor pink birds.
Shortsonfire: Wow, love all the vibrant trees here. So many different types. Your park section is very unique, love all the different colors.
Thanks. Took a long time to build. I'm glad you appreciated it.
Hazani Pratama: The Park is Amazing!
Thank you.
KonstantinII: I see the ecological communities.
All as is planned. Nothing left out. Nice to ride a bike though this park!
Thanks for your help so far. i haven't had a chance t encorporate all your lots yet. More to come.
kissflp: Very nice park indeed, exciting and lively. Where did you find that baseball field/ballpark?
Thanks. I can't remember off the top of my head. Maybe if you post it in the Can't Find forum someone will know.
SimCoug: Great ballparks - Wasn't it Randy Johnson who killed a seagull, or some type of bird with a fastball? Baseball and birds do not mix.
Thanks. Not sure who it was who killed a bird, but I've seen a few examples as far as I remember.
Lord Branham: Magnificent! I love the use of the water, it reminds me a bit of my home town where the houses back right into rivers leading to the lake! Great job as usual!
Cool, I'm glad it evoked that memory. Thanks.
Thanks for stopping by.
