Ionica - Summer in the City
Welcome back to
Well it has been a long time but I am finally ready to start making a return. I still have a lot of things to do before I get Ionica up an running again, but in the meantime I'll share a few new pictures from around the city and from one of the new Zones I've been working on for the past couple of months.
Special thanks to KonstantinII who has been custom LOTing some BATs for me and sharing them with the rest of Simtropolis.

KonstantinII: The whole overview is nice. Veritas is so huge I don't even have word to describe it! You provide a good living status for your people. The metropolitan area looks very realistic. Dubai is like nothing compared to this. I think the small houses in Hao Dantong somehow don't fit in with the rest of the city. You don't have to put a big university campus in a crowded city like Veritsas. I use the small buildings of hdorriker's university set. They are compact enough to blend in with the city and provide all it's education needs. Think of them as sub branches of the main university. http://community.sim...esidence-halls/ Most big cities don't have a sprawling university in the middle of the CBD. Just Saying.
Thanks. I feel Veritas is kind of cluttered. I'm going to have to work on it a little. I want a big university, but you are right that it shouldn't go in Veritas. I have in mind something like Oxford/Harvard/Yale. Throw in some MIT as well.
Huston: Beautiful montage of your city zones! 
And the photo-editing is great! You really don't make it obvious that your using the default building lots and you really seem to have talent for blending different styles as well which is just remarkable because not many people seem to do it effectively like you have! Again, amazing work.

I imagine it could be quite a nightmare. Unless the air traffic is controlled by a super sophisticated AI, yeah - lets just say that is how it works.
