Thanks for the great responses everyone! I'll do full replies with the next update but wanted to post a couple requested links here first.

First, the tram skin is vester's Helsinki tram and can be found within this download on the LEX [url="https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=2306"]here[/url]

Second, the corner building from #17 is the SimFox QiuTao Building, found on the STEX [url="http://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/23130-simfox-qiutao-building-darknite/"]here[/url] This is the darknight version but there is a link to the Maxisnight version there.

EDIT: sorry k50dude, I somehow missed your post! You can find Girafe's gondolas (from #5 as well as #10) on the LEX [url=https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=2471]here[/url]. There's also a regular ski lift version of them if you look around.
