    Hello again,

I ran a check through all ordinances and luckily, it shows that the "Telemedicine Program" is the only one with incorrect values.

I don't know, perhaps it was evening and I was tired or distracted by something while working on it. :lost: The important thing is that the rest is good to go.

Updated version of "Telemedicine Program" will be provided soon. Perhaps, while I'm at it, I will rebalance some of other ordinances too.

The "SimCity3000 ordinances for SC4 - HEA and Public Safety" ordinance pack is now updated. Changes for version 0.9.7:

    • Addressed issue with 'HQ boost effect' in "Telemedicine Program" which caused health to deteriorate instead of improve
    • Slighlty lowered the monthly price of "Telemedicine Program" ordinance to make it more cost-effective
    • Added version number to the aforementioned ordinance title for clarity

Please make sure to read instructions in "Installing new version" section, to understand the update routine as it currently stands.

*Rubs his chin, then rubs yours*

A recommendation: Add summaries of the ordinances included in these packages to their given mod pages. The in game descriptions would be more than reasonable. This will help prospective downloaders figure out what they want.

Ahhh... I wanted to just upload new version already and totally forgot about it. *:( You are right, old readme was indeed linked to old descriptions which are stored here, on ST. I'll add them tonight. Thank you.

EDIT: Links to original ordinance descriptions are added, back to the readme. Thanks for noticing this @xnight34.
