Taxi/Uber Mod

Adding a taxi/uber mod that act as mass transit would definitely be interesting!

This was suggested in some thread long, long ago and I used it and I believe I liked it overall. I remember my testing was in Big City Tutorial, but likely in Timbuktu Too rather than the true Maxis Timbuktu region. (That keeps tutorial cities from getting wiped out.)

I'm running short of time, but maybe I can find my posts later on with regard to the discussion of that Taxi Stand.

Ok. I'm back and I found what I was remembering.

The Taxi Stand was first suggested by @Naomi57 in this post. And my reply with tests and pics is here. I notice my comments from the test indicate the original is woefully inadequate capacity-wise, but can easily be fixed in Reader. I see I have it in my recovered Plugins with an edited capacity of 25k.
