Where are all the Simmer2's Dependency Mega Prop Pack?

Hello again!

So, I downloaded a lot of very cool growable Residential and Commercial (even some Ploppable) mods here in STEX, NAM included of course. And I am enjoying those contents so far and it changed my city a lot from those repetitive Maxis buildings. The type of mods I am downloading is still inclined to realistic building to match those Maxis textures and as much as possible they are growable. I love @mattb's mods and his growable buildings are the best. I also have those growable residential from the HK Asian BAT Team most of it came from @bixel making that medium wealth residential to be taller compared to its Maxis counterparts making it to have a nice medium wealth skyscraper. I also have some few @Diego Del Llano commercial ploppable but I only use it once my city is successfully grown. I am only adding those ploppable commercial if I want to have a specific unique building that will still not hurt my CO$$, CO$$$, CS$$ and CS$$$ and if the demands are high enough to fulfill it since I still need to balance the demand without cheating. 

One of the biggest downloads I made so far is the SC4D LEX Legacy - BSC Common Dependencies Pack though, I haven't utilized these dependencies too much, it's just there in my plugin. I also have the BSC Texture Pack I believe from Girafe. But I am only using it for tree planting. And @CorinaMarie for the terrain.

Lastly, I also encountered a Modular Amusement Park by MAPP which reminds me of that SimCity 2013's Amusement Park that I am playing there which has a nice resemblance. And of course, I downloaded SPAM for the Agriculture industry which is very nice. 

So, the main question is that what I lack is the Industrial sector. There were a lot of mods here for Industrial. However, it requires a lot of Dependencies. I am always seeing here the content of @Simmer2 they are very nice, but they are very hard to get because of dependencies. There is also this industrial mods from @jestarr but they are also heavy in dependencies.

The problem is when I check the contents of the SC4D LEX Legacy - BSC Common Dependencies Pack, there is one group of MegaProp pack that is not included: And this is from @Simmer2 I tried to check this in SC4Evermore but it seems those prop packs from him are not available. There are links here in STEX but I believe those are already closed down or broken.

Well, I just wanted to know if those prop pack from him still does exist because if it does, I am seeking help to download those dependencies so that I can download his Industrial mods?  . Otherwise, can you suggest some nice Industrial mods without any dependencies at all? I am good whether this is growable or ploppable. To all mods here in STEX, the Industrial sector is the one that I am having a hard time with.

If you mean Simmer2's Mega packs, he did upload them on the STEX. There are six of them and can be found through his downs page (Link). The first three, as well as the Essentials pack, came early. Check page 10. The others came later and are more spread out. Go through the later pages (2, 4, and 7). 

If these aren't the packs you're looking for, we'll need some names of the mega packs you need to help narrow things down a bit.

As mentioned the links to the SM2 prop packs on STEX still work. Will add that one (relatively new) development is that, at the moment, most of the models for the IRM Expansion and IRM W2W lots are in the BSC Common Dependencies Pack, including all the Gascooker, jestarr, T1 and SimGoober building models. Most of the other IRM dependencies are also in the BSC Common Dependencies Pack, as far as I know you'll just need to add the NCD Railyard Texture Packs, which should also be available on SC4E.

That said, my favorite industrial mod, by some distance, is these buildings from my neighborhood, which have a single dependency (required only for the queries). In a similar more realistic style and with no or few dependencies, try the various industrial buildings by SimHoTToDDy, while for very large industrial complexes, check out Fukuda's stuff.

Yay! But prolly not really. Just to be sure, the only terrain mod I ever created was added as an attachment to a post in reply to a member wanting a way to plop much larger grass parks, but then I made a terrain mod which they liked even better (since it was easier).

I'm guessing you're thinking of my Terrain Shoppe in which I list (and link) all known terrain mods.

So I'm just popping in to not take any credit where it's not due to me.
