Download full region with complete cities?

Saw a post from 2010 about wanting to download full regions with completed cities. I know of Maxisland, but wondering if there are anymore like that or others that Content Creators are willing to share with their Plugins as well.

As for the main question I believe you might be able to find what you look for given enough time and research. As for the plugin part, I seriously doubt this is really possible as there are as many plugin configurations as there are players out there. It would be a mess fairly quickly.

I was given permission to transfer it from the old SC4Ever site onto the STEX because it had been completely build using a vanilla game no plugins at all apart the official maxis downloads and I think that's the only way it would work as @TheMurderousCricket is right it would be a nightmare if you included plugins as well
