Any Good SC4 Midrise CS$ BATs?

So, I'm wondering if there are any good Midrise CS$ BATs. I think it's boring to see a bunch of 'small shops' in both the NYC and Chicago tilesets all the time. I know MadHatter has some small stuff, but I'm wondering if there are larger CS$ stuff.

Just check between SC4D and LEX to find the right mods

I recommend the mods of mattb325 as a starting point

Thanks for the mention.

As far as size, I was just perusing an online resource and looking up CS$ stuff that Maxis has made.  It appears that the largest sized low wealth is Lenz Electronic Remainders, which is a stage 7 in the Europe tile set.  Offhand, personally, I have never seen it grow; but perhaps it does in a large enough or populous enough city?  It's essentially a five-storey and it grows on 1x2, 1x3, and 2x2 lots.  The lion's share of the remaining standard Maxis CS$ is mostly single-storey, or (at most) two-storey and three-storey.  This kind of makes sense - since it's catering to low wealth demand.  In real life, there aren't many multi-storey buildings of the sort - your regular Dollar General or 99 Cent store is never going to be ten-storeys high and mopping up lots of low wealth demand.

Now, as mentioned before, you can download certain mods or buildings which have been tweaked to meet low wealth demand - in fact, I'm sure I've seen threads concerning this very thing.

GOOD TEXTURES ARE MADE, NOT FOUND.
(I get tired of saying that in BAT threads.)

Well, maybe you don't have a lot of high-rise buildings that cater to low wealth demand, but there's certainly large buildings, especially outside the U.S. I'm thinking markets and the like, which tend to be large, voluminous buildings and which SC4 doesn't really have a lot of. Even the Parisian grand magasins, which are not definitely not low wealth, probably started as a bit of a more modest affair.

Yes. I personally encounter this so many times.

Indeed, tho 2x2 is a bit rare for me.

Hanoi and HCMC beg to differ. 5 story C$ buildings can be found really easily. Not to mention, HK too, tho the number is decreasing.

HK 60's-90's Office Pack made by @bixel has some high-rise CS$ buildings.

"If you try to please everybody, you often times end up pleasing nobody, especially yourself. When somebody offers to do a favor for free, like making a mod for SimCity 4, you shouldn't be overly critical of something generously given to you. In other words, you shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth." - Twilight Sparkle after playing SimCity
