Help please with editing civic lots

Hey guys. How are you all? Happy week to everyone!

I have a doubt.

To make easier the construction of my cities I want to pass my lots in this way:

Restaurants to Police stations list
Stores to Fire stations list
Hotels to Hospitals list
Gas stations/convenience stores to Education list

How I quit the effect of Police/Fire/Health/Education to the lot?

In less words, I want my lot as a Commercial service without the effect of the list.

I have Reader & the exemplar properties list.

I really want to know how to do it & the values.

Hi @MauRoVi! Wow, quite an unusual question! Let me make sure if I understand it correctly.

Do you want your commercial buildings to have the properties of commercials and services at the same time? Like, a shop with police properties? *;)

The "SimCity 4" vanilla Opera House is the most evil thing in existence. Avoid.

 

My city journals! *:read:
- SimCity: Tribalism - seven urbanization concepts clashed together
- Saving Magnasanti... - the most depressing city in history being revitalized

Also worth checking...
- "TMC's Drawing Board" - my city designs and plans.
