Plugins missing from the STEX

I had indexed the PLEX for a project I was working on which ended up proving to be quite useful when SimPeg went permanently offline as at least we knew what had been on the site which meant it was a lot easier to track down those plugins on the STEX, but for whatever reason a number of those plugins were not on the STEX.

So this is the missing list I did originally, since then a number of these plugins have been uploaded, so this topic is to work out what's been uploaded, what still needs to be uploaded and what's still missing.

I have moved your comment over to here rather than have it get lost in the FiRE plugin comments

I didn't realize they were missing, checking my own plugin backups I've got 31 TABI files, including the dependency used by

The aim of the club was to transfer over to Simtropolis anything that was on my site before the November shutdown, which did include all of Paeng's forum attachments, plus a number of PLEX files that for whatever reason didn't end up on the STEX, I'm not sure I want to expand that to missing plugins from other sites.

I think that's something that should be discussed with the Simtrop staff, maybe have a talk with @Cyclone Boom about it.

I have the Coast Guard Station From SimPeg, Coast Guard_Airfield from Paeng, Nexis_Country_Church from Nexis and 3 files from tabi which are, Hangar props, Military helicopter and SNCG aircraft Ver 2. All of these items are needed for the SimPeg Coast Guard Station so no brown boxes to show up. Will send a PM to Cyclone Boom about this and see what he has to say.

Yes, if the files are no longer available after being lost from SimPeg, I believe including all needed dependencies would be worthwhile for ease of use. Alternatively should they not already be hosted somewhere on the STEX, another option (now or at a later stage) is to upload each individually. Then said dependencies could be linked in the description of the Coast Guard Station, or referenced from any other items which require them.

As site staff, we'll let you decide whichever way you'd prefer to go about this.

Catty-cb I already have the files from tabi that I was able to get off a hard drive and have already added them to my plugins folder. The folder is set up with all the files needed for the Coast Guard Station and is loaded to PEGPROD>CDK3>Coastal Guard Station. It should load from the PEGPROD when playing the game.

 

Cyclone Boom I can upload all of the tabi files I have (still in zip files) the files I have are, Tabi: amphibious warefare vesseis Ver 1; 3.16MB, auxiliary ships Ver 1; 2.24MB, Hangar props; 4.94MB, Military helicopter; 153KB, SNAF 1 HD; 4.07MB, SNAF vol; 604KB, SNCG ver 2; 244KB, surface combatants Ver 1; 9.81MB. If you want them just let me know where and how to upload them

Remembering back to my days as a moderator over at SC4 Devotion, Tabi gave permission for their work to be uploaded to the LEX so before anyone starts uploading anything it may pay to check with one of the current SC4D Administrators like @Tarkus and find out what the situation is with regard to these files, quick check over at the LEX shows these files listed

I'd like to thank everyone who has taken the time to read these posts, checked their plugin folders and sent me the files they found @Tyberius06 who is now co-ordinated this project among the many other projects he has on the go  says

Our focus when we resume working on the PEG collections will be either on the MTP or on the PPond series at first, but rsc204 is extremely busy with RL and I'm extremely busy with the SC4Devotion LEX restoration.
