Custom lots not showing

When I open Lot Editor none of my custom lots are showing up in the list they have been in the past.

iirc, in the Maxis plugin manager, the plugins don't show up in the list if they're in a subfolder in your plugins folder. Did your organize your plugins before they stopped showing up?

The LE normally shows stuff from subfolders. Still, I can only echo Jason's question: did you change anything? The LE will only show the contents of the active "Plugins" folder - rename that, and the LE won't find anything.

I have not renamed the plugins folder but noticed there is a pugin folder under this pc>documents>simcity4>plugins and the folder is empty. The plugins are in c\users\dean\document\simcity4 so not sure if lot editor is using wrong file.
