    Hi @Paolo80

A first thing to establish is whether the Lot Editor crashes when opening all lots, or only specific lots. If only on selected ones, it suggests those items are faulty. I've seen the LE crash when I've made a mistake editing using the Reader tool. It's possible some of them have errors or might be corrupted.

When lot editing, something I like to do is only add plugins I intend on using. Like with the game, this also speeds up loading times of the LE as well. I think the issue you're experiencing is more likely something wrong with specific content. However, should any lot cause the LE to crash (even Maxis ones), we can explore why that might occur.

Unfortunately every lot causes lot editor close. Maybe it depends on my new computer. On the old pc it worked well.

Hmm. In that case it could be graphical compatibility we need to work around.

On the Lot Editor's shortcut after the path, you might find adding the -d:soft parameter could help.

    For example:

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition\Apps\LotEditor.exe" -w -r1600x900x32 -d:soft

This enables software rendering, much like the -d:software option for SC4 itself. Enabling a compatibility mode via the shortcut could help too. You could try experimenting with the width and height of the resolution, as it depends on your screen dimensions.

Replace -w with -f if you'd prefer to run the LE in full screen. Also you could try forcing hardware rendering using -d:directx (instead of -d:soft).

(There's a few other tips in the description and comments section here of my LE expanded preview panel mod.)

I added -d:soft parameter in the short cut properties and it works! Thank you very match!
