Hi Everyone!

I have been a member here for a number of years but I never formally introduced myself to community, I'd like to meet members here!

I am currently in college studying Sociology and just recently turned 21! I have been an avid Simcity player for many years, from 3000 to 4. Never really tried batting, looked way too complicated and difficult for my taste, but I did make some models for google earth when that was a thing. My style of city building ranges from classic american towns to realistic American cities with many rowhomes and old buildings mixed with new. I have one small city journal which was never finished and made occasional forum post, but otherwise I'm unknown lol.

I'd like to know what is your playing style in any of the simcity games?

Thanks for reading,

Coolsim1

I like farm style regions modeled after central and southern Indiana. I also got side tracked for a few months developing an alternative map making method. Then I investigated all the rock, water, terrain, and beach mods.

Unfortunately, my city journal can't be finished because I had to reinstall game like a year ago so lost it all *:(. But I may build a new one in the near future!

Welcome back to the community and forums! *:8)

This 'game' really is timeless because it's based on principles which apply to society. And being into any of the social sciences, there's nothing better than a pursuing a hobby which complements your studies. Or maybe it works the other way around. *;)
